general conditions

1. General conditions of sale, delivery and payment of Zeza&flor, established in Antwerp and registered at the Antwep Chamber of Commerce BE 0771 123 868. The following delivery and payment conditions are applicable on all our products.

2. By ordering products of Zeza&flor, you signify your agreement to be bound by these conditions.

3. All stated prices are in euros and include 21%VAT but exclude delivery rates.

4. Products will be sent by post. Shipping is free within Belgium and charged for everywhere else (amount depends on the product)

5. Within two working days after placing an order, you will receive an e-mail confirming the receipt of your order.

6. Orders are dispatched after we have received payment. Goods will be sent within 8 working days. We will informe you of any delay.

7. Zeza&flor tries to ensure that the website is updated as regularly as possible. It is however possible that a product is no longer available. In this case, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Right of Withdrawal
8. Zeza&flor takes every precaution to ensure you receive a perfect product. If, despite our care, the product does not live up to your expectations, you must contact us by e-mail within 14 days after receipt of the delivery. We will then try to solve the problem as soon as possible. If the solution does not meet your expectations, you can cancel your order. No extra costs will be charged. This guarantee no longer applies when the garment has been worn and/or washed; if you have tried to repair a defect yourself; if the product has been used.

9. If the customer has received an incorrect item, Zeza&flor will issue a correct replacement as soon as possible. In this case, the delivery charges will be borne by us.

10. Privacy: All personal details will only be used to handle your order and will never be passed on to third parties.
Your order is processed in compliance with the ‘Law of December 8th 1992 to safeguard the protection of personal privacy when handling personal particulars’.

You can correct or delete your personal details at any time. Please contact [email protected]

11. Zeza&flor will not be held responsible for any damage (physical, material or immaterial) that could result from faulty functioning or misuse of products purchased from us.

12. Zeza&flor will accept no liability for damages of any nature that are the result of the use of this website and/or decisions that have been made based on information on this site.

13. The colours on screen can differ from the true colour of the products. Every monitor has different colour settings. Zeza&flor tries to describe the products as correctly as possible, but cannot be held responsible for any differences.
